Break A Leg Dance Battle is a collaboration between Meervaart, Jurskee from Amsterdam Breaking Community, Gregory Shaggy from Stichting Free & Style and Vince Charming Productions.

The goal of Break A Leg is to unite hip-hop culture. Each year, we organize a major festival at Meervaart, along with a variety of masterclasses, workshops, and battles throughout the year.

Entry to the building grants access to the entire event and all of its components, including workshops, battles, crew competition and the art market. The event may get busy, and we cannot guarantee that there will be space available in every room at all times. If a room is full, we kindly ask you to visit another room or area within the venue.

Please note: the crew competition can be followed via video (without sound) in the foyer throughout the day. For the first time, the award ceremony will also be visible and audible in the foyer. If the main hall is full, you can follow the ceremony from the foyer. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping make the event enjoyable and safe for everyone.
